1. Custom Service Commitment
At Raw Theory Media, we curate bespoke brand transformations, custom cinematic assets, and custom-tailored marketing solutions. Because of the intensive human and artistic labor dedicated to engineering each brand legacy, **all initial retainer payments and project deposits are strictly non-refundable.**
2. Iterative Alignment Milestones
We operate on a milestone system with structured review checkpoints. Client satisfaction is secured through collaborative sign-offs at each phase. Proceeding to a subsequent stage of development confirms your absolute acceptance of all preceding deliverables.
3. Agreement Termination
In the rare event that project scope changes or client collaboration ceases midway through a phase, no refunds will be offered for completed or in-progress work. Any outstanding service blocks already built will be handed over to the client in accordance with our primary master service agreement.
